Information provided by job seekers in applications, CVs or profiles
Information related to client companies and their representatives

We process personal data only when there is a valid reason, such as:

To support recruitment processes for job seekers and employers
To comply with legal obligations
To manage and improve customer relationships and services
With your consent, for example for specific recruitment processes or marketing
4. Data Retention
Client and contract data is stored as long as required by law.
Job applications and CVs are stored with consent for a maximum of [12 months], unless legal or contractual obligations require longer retention.
When data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only when:
Necessary to provide our services (e.g., sharing applicant data with potential employers)
